We had an evening ceremony which included an exclusive get-together of our hard-working team members and the most outstanding inspirational figure, the Country Head Bahria Town, Mr. Shahid Mehmood Qureshi. We are pleased to have him at this event with us. To really celebrate cheerfully, we had a cake-cutting session where we applauded and hailed for our hard work and determination.

It was truly a moment of realization of how far we have come and the significant improvements that we have made. Thanking the minds of our superintendents and builders will surely never be enough. Salam Estate and Builders is pleased to announce that it has completed all the required paperwork of DX Smart Apartments. We have a legacy for fulfilling all the requisite work and conditionality before presenting the project to customers. That is very true with this project also, we are now in a position to answer every query of our customers. From the project start to completion time, a road map for digging and construction, we have everything in black and white right now. Timeline for digging and overall span of the project

• Staring with digging work and progress in this regard, the plot for this project is cleared from all aspects, there are no outstanding charges present against the plot, also the basis paper is complete for this project.
• The onsite digging is expected to start in October, and we are committed to delivering on time.
• We have set the completion time of the project in 30 months, as we have been trying to reduce the number of monthly installments.
• This timeline is devised by keeping the unwanted situations, however, we will try to complete this project by the end of 2023.

Details and pricing of the apartments

As far as the details of apartments are concerned, there are two categories, both of which will have 2 bedrooms. In the first category, the total area of the apartment will be 955 square feet while the other one will be 800 square feet.

The price of 800 square feet apartment is 72 lacs, while those of 955 square feet are 85 lac rupees with a down payment of 14.5 lacs. The installment for the digging is around 10.5 lacs, and the monthly installment is 1.25 lacs which is very economical and easy.

The distance from the main gate of Bahria Town Karachi is 8-9 kilometers, this project is surrounded by highly populated areas including commercial areas. On the one side of this project, there is Ali Block while on the other side is precincts 10-A and 11-A.
